Andrew is the founder of Insight AI and a strategic advisor to organisations navigating the opportunities and risks of artificial intelligence. A graduate of Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, an Edward S. Mason Fellow, he brings more than twenty-five years of experience in business strategy, knowledge management and digital transformation.

Known for his structured thinking and accessible communication style, Andrew helps professionals and mid-sized businesses gain clarity and confidence in understanding AI and how it can be applied to real-world challenges.

As Senior AI Consultant, he guides clients through the entire adoption journey — from executive understanding to departmental integration — with a focus on improving efficiency, decision-making and compliance through responsible AI use.

Andrew is a regular speaker and contributor on the impact of AI in professional practice, particularly within the Zimbabwean business community. Joyce Chiriga is an accomplished operations and logistics specialist with more than fourteen years of international experience managing complex institutional systems across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Her career includes extensive work with UNDP and electoral institutions, where she strengthened organisational efficiency, accountability, and transparency in challenging environments.

At Insight AI, Joyce leads our Business Process Mapping and Training portfolio, helping clients translate the promise of artificial intelligence into clear, practical workflows. She guides organisations through analysing existing systems, identifying opportunities for automation, and embedding AI tools that reduce inefficiency and risk.

Her approach blends strategic insight with operational precision, ensuring that every AI initiative enhances performance and compliance rather than disrupts it. Drawing on her global experience in capacity building and system design, Joyce develops tailored training programmes that build digital confidence across teams.

Joyce holds an MBA from the Swiss Management Centre University, an Honours Degree in Community Development from the Women’s University in Africa, and an Honours in Administration from the University of Zimbabwe
